No. Men won't let conservative politicians and pundits "leave it to rest". I've got dozens of US Senators following me on Twitter and conservative women never unfollow me because they're often more gutsy than men in taking on Marxist feminist lawmaking. Alex was not talking about politics and surely did not mean for the Republican Party to roll over to the National Organization for Women and let them have whatever new law they want. If you are going to be in conservative politics, you will meet up with men's rights advocates (MRAs) and one hopes you will work with them openly. These guys are mostly alpha male CEOs and VPs with very little time on their hands and they need support from the ranks. You wrote this apparent political surrender statement before seeing the other reply made at the same time. Alex can clarify better but he seemed to be saying that, in your personal life or when commenting online in a non-politically focused manner, it doesn't pay to get mired in arguments with feminists.

This is true. The best way to beat feminists in your personal life is to date the best looking women and enjoy life while the ideologues complain about being someone's victim.

However, the *only* way for the Republicans to win again is to win back the huge part of the male vote that abandoned the Republican Party starting with the ridiculous alliance with feminists over Monica Lewinsky. Feminists (representing wives and divorcees now as opposed to the carefree young women they were in the 1960s) had been trying for 20 years to stop men from abandoning them and dating their secretaries, calling that "sexual harassment" and calling the secretaries "captive to the patriarchy". Ken Starr and George W made themselves the knights in shining armor to the Hillary supporters who abandoned Gore (Republicans tried and failed to do the same thing against Grover Cleveland 110 years before). Men didn't realize that the Hillary types were going to take over in the Republican Party after that...they found that all they had to do was pretend they were against abortion and for the Iraq War and voila...look at Tammy Bruce and half of Bush's appointees.

They will fill a vacuum politically and they have done so. Give them an inch and they *will* take a mile as they have already done and swear to continue to do. Look at the current attempt by NOW to get an International VAWA passed that will basically authorize another extra $1Billion in taxpayer money to spread feminism internationally while blackening the name of American males as a service to "protect foreign women". It will probably get passed because there is too little resistance.

It is only via Twitter that men are finally gaining traction in telling Republican politicians that they *must* start speaking out against the NOW and its metastasized offspring on the right as well as left. Norm Coleman dissed MRAs and about 1000 in Minnesota agreed to vote for Al Franken in order to take revenge. Coleman is now unemployed.

If you want to stand out as conservative men who can actually bolster the party instead of mimicking others while preaching to the choir (about health care or socialism), please target Democrat males who still have a pair, especially the African-American males who hate "victim-oriented feminism" but think that Obama is their hero because he beat the feminist Clinton for the nomination.
