We here say many mean and nasty things about democractic governments and their politicians. They are, after all, such easy targets. Once in a while, however, we should point out a politician who does possess some admirable qualities.
Such a man is Britain's Conservative MP George Parr. Unlike the typical democratic politician who says the things voters want to hear, or worse yet actually believes the things voters want to hear, he is honest about his goals and not ashamed of his accomplishments. He is not interested in being nice, and perhaps most importantly he speaks openly about the role of hypocrisy and sanctimoniousness in politics.
Our readers from outside Britain are likely unfamiliar with the man, so we include this short video of an interview with him:
Watch and learn how to be a real man.
