I had the pleasure of seeing Pierre-Laurent Aimard at the David Geffen Hall in NYC which has awesome acoustics. This is the only recording of his I'm very familiar with. I guess you could say he has a lighter touch.

I also got to see Kenny Broberg right around the time he made a name for himself at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition some years back, and stoned off my ass watching him tear through Medtner's "Night Wind", my mind was blown. There is a recording of that piece of this album:
