Ironically Earache/Dig released this in 1991, five years after it was recorded, to stave off bootlegs but it remains a solid seller. Mike Browning (https://www.deathmetal.org/interview/interview-with-mike-browning-05-30-15/) died yesterday at age 62. Hail to him and we will remember his deeds well.
