There are three potential reasons for incarceration:

1. Punishment
2. Deterrence
3. Isolation

To this liberals add another one:

4. Rehabilitation

I separate punishment from deterrence because there is a sense among people that some things should have responsibility with them, namely if you cause pain you feel pain, and not necessarily as a deterrent so much as righting order.

To my mind, only #3 is viable. Revenge is futile, deterrence is proportionate to likelihood of getting caught, and they never rehabilitate except in a few isolated and quirky cases (the college student literally selling drugs to fund school because he has no time for a second job).

Under liberal influence from the 1960s through early 1980s, a lot of judges were lenient on crime, which gave criminals an extended vacation in prison to learn from other criminals. They often became more ruthless when they got out, including executing victims in order to avoid having testimony against them.

QuoteA neighbor of Singleton's recognized the police sketch crafted from Mary's account and wasted no time contacting law enforcement. Nine days after the attack, Singleton was arrested and charged with attempted murder, rape, and a slew of other sexual offenses against Mary.

Despite being found guilty, he received a shockingly short sentence of only 14 years, and as he left the courtroom, he had some chilling words for Mary: "If it's the last thing I do, I'll finish the job," he whispered menacingly as he was dragged away.

Singleton was released just eight years later for 'good behavior.' Tragically, Singleton would go on to murder Roxanne Hayes, a mother of three, in 1997. When police arrived at the scene after a neighbor's call, they found him blood-stained.

The rehabilitation part is probably to make you fear retribution if you don't obey the ideology.

This causes continued isolation, and defeatism. Or when his eyes are open, self-destruction/total sacrificial suicide.

Hi, I'll just be in the corner, observing corruption and decline, with a thumb up my ass.

Just kidding, I still haven't given up. My wife told me. You can write it on my bonestone, if needed.

China 🇨🇳 is in the heart, Egg Chen. The motherland is wherever you go.

Unless: Are you eating shark fin soup in Little Chinatown, San Francisco?

Why?

The Chinese have a lot of Hells.

Or simply because egalitarianism demands it. If we are all equal, the only difference between a criminal and a non-criminal is that the criminal had a rough upbringing. Of course, as law enforcement and the data will tell you, this is nonsense because most abused people do not go on to commit crimes. Gene drift causes mutations in some that make them both self-destructive and prone to revenge against others through their solipsism. All crime originates in selfishness, true, but mostly just self-centeredness to the exclusion of the rest of reality. It is why they are always surprised when they get convicted.

And fear is about punishment. Again, all diversity convicts, abusers, and true ideologues had to be coerced by the forces of info, environment, and good intent.

The genetic aspects are, most likely, undeniable.

SO, I'd like to explore how far Communism has come in our institutions and government.

Equality creates false expectations about how reality operates. Again, there are two kinds of people; those who think there is the way things are, and those who think there is a way they should be.One is a realist, and one is an egal. Then revenge against people, and god/reality occurs. The revenge can always be justified by his betrayal and greater sense of recompense.

Or is this the drift in action?
