A man who caught his wife cheating with the camera on a robot vacuum cleaner has been jailed for an 'invasion of privacy'.

The husband, who used the video in divorce proceedings, was sentenced to five months in prison after filming his wife without her consent.

The husband initially became suspicious of his wife – who was married in 2021 – when he found a toothbrush that was neither his nor his partner's at their holiday home.

Brenda Andrew was a stay-at-home mom and Sunday school teacher. She had married her high school sweetheart, Rob, and together they had two beautiful children. But at the age of 40, Brenda was having a midlife crisis. She and Rob separated.

In November of 2001, Rob stopped by to pick up the kids and went into the garage to help Brenda with the furnace pilot light. Moments later, Brenda called 911. Her husband had been shot to death and she had been wounded. She told police two gunmen had attacked them in their garage.

Police investigating the crime quickly discovered that Brenda had been having an affair with a fellow church member and insurance salesman named James Pavatt. James had recently sold Rob a million-dollar life insurance policy. Friends also said Rob was feared for his life, and had become suspicious of his wife and the insurance agent.

When police went to arrest Brenda, she was gone. So was James Pavatt. Three months later, the fugitive couple was arrested at the Mexican border.

On the night of November 29, 2006, Avis Banks, a daycare worker, was found shot and stabbed to death in the garage of her Ridgeland, Mississippi home. Her body was discovered by her fiance Keyon Pittman, and it appeared as if the perpetrator had kicked in their back door. After discovering the body, Pittman called his co-worker Carla Hughes.

Hughes was later interrogated by police, where she initially denied her sexual relationship with Pittman and later denied having access to a gun. However, Hughes's cousin indicated to police, via an attorney, that he had loaned a loaded .38 caliber 5-shot revolver to Hughes shortly before the murder, and that she had returned the gun empty. Hughes was originally charged with accessory to murder after the fact, but on December 8, 2006, the charges were upgraded to two counts of capital murder.

Prosecutors believed that Hughes killed Avis Banks so she could be with Pittman. Pittman testified for the prosecution on October 6, 2009, stating to jurors how he found Avis Banks' body in their garage and talked about his relationship with Hughes. In addition to Pittman's testimony, prosecutors were able to prove that Hughes' cousin's gun was the murder weapon and that Hughes shoes were used to kick in the door. Cell phone records also showed that Hughes was near Banks and Pittman's home at the time of the murder.

A Las Vegas man allegedly killed his girlfriend and her two kids after she admitted cheating on him, claiming he "blacked out" before launching his deadly rampage.

Orona said he confronted Flores-Osuna at an apartment complex in west Las Vegas after he spotted her car near the vehicle of her ex-boyfriend, identified only as "Henry," earlier Tuesday, according to an arrest report obtained by the outlet.

Flores-Osuna allegedly admitted she had been unfaithful to him and told Orona that her ex-boyfriend was "better in bed," he told police.

So what?

Q: What does this man, Lindsay Clancy, the prison population, and basically anyone dead-ending (no-pun) in similar outcomes have in common, regardless of background 'conditions' and circumstantial whatever?
 
A: A lethal combo of Low-to-No Impulse Control (A) and a Sense of Entitlement (B) to things being something other than what they are, which can send  someone into psychosis at an extreme. And while it is often correct that things SHOULD indeed be other than what they are (such as 'btch NOT cheating,' or Scandies not being lefties, talking to you, Andres, etc), and that changing circumstances and the bigger picture is worth a fair - or very smart! - fight (will to power), the person simply cannot cope with the reality that "things are NOT what they should be," which basically feeds back into A. 

In sum: A + B.
